Honestly, un-natural colors like purple, pink, etc. are very trashy. If you're 12-13 years old or younger, go for it. But it's not a mature look for someone who older than a pre-teen. If it's brown, keep the highlights close to your natural color.

From the pics in your MySpace profile, I'd say to color your hair a slightly darker brown. Salons use developer to do highlights so the shade is perfectly controllable. I'd stick with a shade just a few colors lighter than your natural hair color, or the color that you dye it. Another thing that's trashy is highlights that are too light.

Keep in mind aslo, don't get the highlights too thick. It's very tacky. They should only be thick enough to notice and thin enough to look natural.

Another piece of advice, Any hair can have the potential to look good straightened. But EVERYONE'S doing it now a days. And you never see girls with bouncy curls. With your face shape and complexion, your hair would look amazing with scrunched curls. Not to mention you would stand out because it's back in as an original style.

Don't try to be different by using off-the-wall colors. Be different by using natural beauty, which you have alot of.

Well, I can't see the pictures 'cause I haven't got a Myspace, but in my opinion, yes! Unnatural colors would look fine. I myself actually got some fuscia extensions put in that I just used as highlites. I think it'd look good.

On brown hair, I would also reccomend a bright orange or red. I had extensions of those colors put in and it looked great.
