How do you get a direct to comment a picture on myspace?

This dude did it before in a bulletin today and I thought it was really cool, the bulletin was like pc4pc or spam4spam and then it had in blue letters: "on this pic", and when you clicked on it, it took you directly to comment a sertin picture... How do you do that?! anyone have any ideas?
