and it said to get the tabloid show thing that i had to pay. that's fine, but i've NEVER bought anything off the comp. and i'm not about to start now, (except, it looks really cool with my slide show! lol) has anyone done this yet and how does it work?

Don't pay for it, unless you know other people who did and it was fine. These sites are often scams and are shutdown after a week and reopened under another name. There are plenty of sites that are free, look for them.
